Job Description:

We are looking to hire aVirtual Assistant (VA)who is experienced inAmazon FBA Wholesale Product Research. The ideal candidate will help us identify profitable wholesale products that align with Amazon's guidelines, have stable demand, and comply with brand/MAP policies.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed research to identify high-demand, low-competition wholesale products.
  • Analyze Keepa graphs, sales rank, profit margins, and product trends.
  • Identify and evaluate wholesale suppliers, distributors, and brand owners.
  • Gather contact and pricing information from potential suppliers.
  • Assess product eligibility for Amazon FBA including category gating and prep requirements.
  • Calculate estimated profit, ROI, and sales velocity.
  • Maintain organized records of product leads in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Communicate findings regularly with the management team.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Amazon wholesale product research.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Keepa, Azinsight, SellerAmp, Jungle Scout, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of Amazon FBA policies and product compliance.
  • Familiarity with sourcing from U.S.-based wholesalers and brands.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
  • Self-driven and detail-oriented.
  • Experience reaching out to suppliers/brands to open wholesale accounts.
  • Knowledge of Amazon ungating process.
  • Familiarity with prep center coordination.
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience with certifications from reputed training centers
