We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, email correspondence, communicating with agents via text, and calling clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, exhibit a high level of professionalism, and have a minimum Bachelor's degree along with online skills.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage and prioritize email correspondence, responding to inquiries and forwarding important messages to the appropriate individuals.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and scheduling appointments.
Communicate with agents and team members through texting, ensuring prompt and accurate information exchange.
Call clients to provide information, schedule appointments, or follow up on inquiries.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in email management, customer support, and client relations.
Previous experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment.
This is a remote position that offers flexible working hours.
