About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Specialist to lead our content strategy and execution. You will own the full content pipeline from planning and strategy to writing, editing, and optimization, producing sharp, SEO-driven content that builds brand authority, drives traffic, and strengthens Talent Gems' digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research industry trends, keywords, and topics to develop strategic content ideas
  • Write clear, compelling, high-volume blog posts optimized for SEO
  • Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent volume and quality
  • Create and edit social media content to grow brand visibility and engagement
  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing to align content strategy with business goals
  • Track content performance and refresh existing blogs for stronger results

Qualifications

  • Proven experience writing blogs and corporate content for professional audiences
  • Advanced SEO knowledge and experience optimizing content for search
  • Strong English fluency (verbal and written)
  • Highly organized, autonomous, and deadline-driven
  • Excellent research ability, strategic mindset, and editorial judgment
  • Experience in corporate services or similar industries is preferred
