We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our content and possess a deep understanding of YouTube marketing strategies, audience engagement, and content promotion. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase channel visibility and grow the subscriber base.
  2. Create and manage content calendars, scheduling posts and optimizing content for various social media platforms, with a primary focus on YouTube.
  3. Engage with our YouTube community through comments, messages, and other interactions to foster an active and loyal fan base.
  4. Collaborate with content creators to promote video releases, special events, and collaborations.
  5. Monitor and analyze channel performance, identifying trends, and using data-driven insights to inform content and marketing strategies.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in YouTube marketing and social media.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on YouTube.
  3. A deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm and audience engagement.
  4. Strong communication and writing skills.
  5. Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a passion for creative problem-solving.
  7. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
