We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase channel visibility and grow the subscriber base.
- Create and manage content calendars, scheduling posts and optimizing content for various social media platforms, with a primary focus on YouTube.
- Engage with our YouTube community through comments, messages, and other interactions to foster an active and loyal fan base.
- Collaborate with content creators to promote video releases, special events, and collaborations.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance, identifying trends, and using data-driven insights to inform content and marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in YouTube marketing and social media.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on YouTube.
- A deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm and audience engagement.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
