Qualification

Masters or Bachelors in Business Administration or related field

Required Skills
  • Good knowledge of Open to Buy (OTB), Inventory Turnover (ITO), Gross Margins (GM) etc.
  • Excellent Planning & Analytical Skills
  • Good Team Building & Presentation Skills
  • Analytical Thinking and Data Interpretation: Ability to analyze sales trends, inventory metrics, and financial data to make strategic planning decisions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate effectively across departments and drive category growth initiatives.
Experience

Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in footwear industry
