Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work with SDRs on research, outreach, and prospecting strategies to generate qualified opportunities.
2. Take discovery calls to understand client needs and requirements.
3. Negotiate and finalize service agreements that deliver clear value and long-term client success.
4. Manage SDRs to ensure efficient lead generation and qualification processes.
5. Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
6. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
7. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our services, and industry trends to effectively communicate their value to clients.
8. Sales Presentations: Create compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our services, addressing client needs and objections.
9. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals while maximizing profitability.
10. Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
11. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges, presenting them to the Head of Sales.
12. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Support, and Product Development, to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved.
13. Customer Feedback: Gather and continuously relay customer feedback to improve products and services.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2. Proven track record ofsuccess in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
5. Results-oriented and self-motivated.
6. Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Other Details:
Location: Gulberg 2, Lahore
Experience: 2-4 years
Timings: Mon to Friday 5pm to 2am- Night Shift
