Role Overview: As a Lead QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality excellence across our products. You will have the opportunity to restructure and revamp our entire QA department, redefining processes, championing modern quality practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will be the architect of our quality strategy, ensuring our applications meet world-class standards through innovation, automation, and a relentless focus on excellence.

Responsibilities:
  1. Spearhead the restructuring and revitalization of the QA department, redefining workflows and processes to elevate quality standards across all projects.
  2. Foster an environment of career growth, technical excellence, and teamwork, inspiring engineers to learn and innovate.
  3. Monitor QA team efficiency; dynamically allocate resources based on project needs, ensuring optimal utilization and timely project delivery without compromising quality.
  4. Drive the transition from manual testing to automated, AI-driven QA workflows.
  5. Introduce and implement automation frameworks (like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and AI-driven testing tools (such as Testim, Mabl, Applitools) to increase coverage and productivity.
  6. Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, utilize advanced test management systems (e.g., TestRail, Jira), and stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 8+ years in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 3+ years in a QA lead or management role.
  3. Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and CI/CD integration; proficiency with test management tools like TestRail and Jira.
  4. Familiarity with AI-driven testing platforms (Testim, Mabl, Applitools) and experience with API testing tools (Postman); knowledge of performance/security testing is a plus.
  5. Proven track record of inspiring and guiding high-performing teams, with strong mentorship skills.
  6. Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, with critical thinking and attention to detail.
  7. Deep understanding of modern QA practices and a quality engineering mindset.
  8. Passion for quality at every development stage, advocating for best practices like shift-left testing and CI/CD.
