· Preferably a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Commerce / Computer Science from an HEC recognized institution.

· SQL & Oracle certifications are an added advantage.

· 5 years working experience in a financial institution with good knowledge of banking systems and IT applications. Minimum 2 years hands-on experience of Temenos T24 related functional support, systems configurations, and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business/Branches Functional Support:

a) Provide resolution for issues faced by branches / operations for core banking application.

b) Understand and analyze business issues, identify/provide solutions, and coordinate with development teams/vendors & other stakeholders to deliver solutions.

c) Ensure full compliance with policies and regulations.

d) Coordinate with vendors for T24 support issues with NDC / Temenos where applicable.

e) Conduct configuration analysis for new business requirements related to T24 Core Banking System.

f) Actively participate in resolving user problems of branches & different corporate office departments in a timely manner.

g) Support operation/business team queries raised by end users for T24 on a daily basis.

h) Review assigned HDMS call logs and resolve issues as per defined SLA.

i) Manage portfolio merger / split activities as per business requirements.

2. User Acceptance Testing & System Configurations:

a) Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as per TAT.

b) Make changes in product configuration.

c) Record maintenance of UAT and configuration changes in T24 application through HDMS.

d) Configure new branches in T24 front-end setup.

e) Configure new booths and service centers in T24 front-end setup.

f) Set up NIFT / Branch clearing in T24 front-end setup.

3. Schedule of Charges:

a) Configure, perform testing/UAT, and ensure implementation of SOC changes bank-wide in T24 front-end setup.

b) Ensure SOC is configured in the system as per updated SOC & ensure its compliance within the given timeline.
