Contract Architecture Manager in Khanpur

As a Contract Architecture Manager in Khanpur, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members. You will be expected to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage architectural projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals
- Work closely with contractors and other team members to ensure project success
- Ensure projects comply with all relevant regulations and standards
- Review project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Manage any issues or challenges that may arise during the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive problem-solving skills

Salary: 1600$ per month

This is a contract position without accommodation. Freshers are welcome to apply for this role as no prior experience is required.
