IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Be responsible for leading the development and execution of the overall content and TV platform strategy, while supporting the TV portfolio.
  • The Platform Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the company`s content and TV business.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Lead the development and drive the strategic direction of PTCL Group TV strategy and enhanced subscriber acquisition and retention.
  • Ensure that monthly order and installation targets are achieved and monitoring of TV orders and their conversions rate. Raising red flags in case demand generation is not up to the mark and can affect the monthly gross/Net targets.
  • Responsible for sales push to Business Operations to maintain/increase the daily and monthly pace of installation.
  • Implementing any customization on the TV platform side leading to revenue generation, in collaboration with IPTV technical operation team. Formulate SOPs/SLAs with IPTV Technical operation team on middleware, Head-end etc.
  • Support the development and drive the strategic direction of PTCL Group's strategy via identifying content acquisition opportunities and partnerships with the content owners/aggregators within the local and international media and entertainment industry, enhanced subscriber acquisition and retention.
  • Drive day-to-day decisions based on data analysis, customer preferences and market dynamics. Also, conduct a periodic review of content consumption and user behavior to improve our strategic and tactical content strategy.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in business administration, Computers Sciences or Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years overall experience with at least 2 years in similar type of role
