About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and innovative Content Specialist to drive brand growth through cross-channel campaigns. The ideal candidate will design and execute content strategies that align with our brand voice and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Development: Design and launch integrated campaigns, including video scripts, email drip sequences, blog series, and social media content.
  • Copywriting: Craft high-converting copy for ads, landing pages, and promotional materials.
  • Video Production: Storyboard and script short-form/long-form videos for platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram Reels.
  • Email Marketing: Manage end-to-end email campaigns, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand objectives and product launches.
  • Analytics: Track KPIs (CTR, conversions, engagement) to optimize campaigns and report on ROI.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of trends in AI tools, platform algorithms, and viral content formats.
Requirements:
  • Storytelling: Ability to adapt tone for B2B and B2C audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Data-Driven: Comfortable analyzing metrics to refine content strategies.
