We're hiring a Medical Credentialing Specialist to join our growing team at GENISIS ENTERPRISE. This role focuses on ensuring timely and accurate enrollment of healthcare providers with insurance payers across the U.S.

As part of our back-office operations team, you'll handle CAQH management, NPI/PECOS registrations, Medicare/Medicaid applications, and commercial insurance credentialing for clinics, physician groups, and telehealth providers.

We're looking for a professional who understands credentialing workflows, communicates clearly, follows up consistently, and values accuracy and compliance in every task.

What You'll Do:

• Complete new provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes.

• Manage CAQH profiles, NPI registrations, and PECOS enrollments.

• Handle applications for Medicare, Medicaid, and major commercial payers.

• Track application statuses and ensure timely provider approvals.

• Maintain accurate provider records and ensure HIPAA compliance.

• Collaborate with billing and operational teams for seamless service delivery.

What We're Looking For:

1+ years of experience in U.S. healthcare credentialing.

Knowledge of CAQH, NPI, PECOS, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollments.

Strong follow-up, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple credentialing tasks simultaneously.

Prior experience working in a U.S. healthcare back-office is preferred.

This is a remote, full-time position with opportunities for growth within our expanding operations team.
