We are a growing startup and are headquartered in Singapore with offices in Thailand, Brazil and Pakistan, and serving Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, US and Kenya as well.

As we scale our impact in Pakistan and the broader APAC region, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Sales Manager to drive commercial success in the Lahore region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with agribusiness clients including distributors, millers, food producers, and agri-input providers.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to closing and post-sale support.
  • Work closely with commercial and product teams to align client needs with tailored product offerings.
  • Negotiate and close deals that deliver value for both the client and Farmdar.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new business opportunities and target segments.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent Farmdar at relevant industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting on sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor activity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, within agritech, or agriculture sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the agricultural landscape and customer needs in Pakistan, especially Punjab.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to pitch to clients and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Goal-oriented and performance-driven – thrives in a target-driven environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset – quickly adapts to client needs and business challenges.
  • Strong commercial acumen – understands pricing, positioning, and sales metrics.
  • Self-starter – comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
  • Tech-savvy – comfortable working with digital tools and platforms.
