Aizah Digital is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing & Management Executive to create and maintain a seamless planning, implementing and monitoring the client Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales for our customers across all social media platforms. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. You should be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company's views creatively.

• Directly responsible for selected social media marketing which covers Facebook, Instagram, and other Social Media Platforms.
• Coordinating with the graphics team for daily creative posts.
• Working with other departments to develop social media timelines that coincide with the product release, ad campaigns, and other brand messages.
• Analyzing social media campaigns with tracking systems to determine areas for social media campaign improvement.
• Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
• Manages social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction.
• Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns.
• Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
• Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels and ads).
• Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing).
• Manage or oversee all social advertising campaigns.
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.

3-5 years of minimum experience in media industry (preferably past working experience with the Digital Marketing Agency or E-Commerce Company).

• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize.
• The ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships.
• Ability to make quick but rational decisions.
• Potential to lead and motivate others.
• Should be aware of all technicalities related to the Social Media including social media page handling and page viral marketing.
• Experience on running paid campaigns on Social Media Platform is must especially Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin.
