Social Media Marketing Expert

Osense Digital is a fast-growing digital solutions company. We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Expert to join our dynamic team and help strengthen our brand presence across global platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, infographics).
  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns across all major platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and build strong online communities.
  • Work across multiple time zones to align with global clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of all major platforms, their algorithms, and ad managers.
  • Hands-on experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Ability to run and analyze paid advertising campaigns effectively.
  • Strong communication, copywriting, and creative skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and think strategically.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in related digital marketing fields (SEO, email marketing, content marketing).
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
  • Experience working with international clients.
