This position is responsible for implementing factory Environment, Occupational Health and Safety (HSE) policy by assessing HSE risks and providing technical solutions. Along with the effective implementation of the HSE policy, this position requires nurturing a culture where everyone identifies HSE as their direct responsibility; thereby complying with all CCI and TCC HSE standards, obligations, rules, and regulations.

Main Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities: Develop the overall plan for factory HSE management system, ensuring all essential HSE management systems are implemented as per CCI & TCCC requirements across the factory. Maintain effective monitoring and measuring of these management systems to gauge effectiveness. Regularly update management about progress. Take priority measures to eliminate hazards at the source based on job and workplace characteristics, including assessments and measurements. Implement necessary HSE measures and provide recommendations, considering employee or their representatives' opinions and monitoring applications. Conduct or participate in EOSH risk assessments involving employees and line management, control hazards with appropriate controls, and periodically update risk assessments. Plan periodic controls, maintenance, and measurements in the workplace concerning HSE. Ensure inventory of correct personal protective equipment (PPE), maintain levels, and conduct testing as required, sharing reports accordingly. Conduct studies compliant with local legislation related to HSE and TCC KORE requirements. Maintain ISO certifications (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.). Follow and maintain routine safety and environmental analyses and obtain necessary permissions from government agencies, following up with legal authorities to stay up to date. Lead and implement all HSE projects, including cultural programs like Hand in Hand 2.0, cultural surveys, and action plans, monitoring each step and updating management, providing suggestions for improvement. Provide technical expertise and support for plant departments on regulatory compliance issues in Safety, Health, and Environment, aiming for at least 85% of Safety Maturity Index. Ensure all operating equipment, tools, and plants meet EOSH standards, with machinery complying with safety standards and installations meeting company requirements. Ensure all third-party contractors comply with company EOSH policies during their work. Prevent fire and explosion risks by implementing measures such as fire control, fire drills, and fire protection activities, maintaining relevant records. Plan and attend Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment committee meetings, sharing information, analysis, and suggestions. Conduct detailed investigations of all accidents, incidents, and near misses, preparing and following up on action plans, and analyzing trends of accidents and occupational illnesses. Collaborate with the Workplace Health Unit to evaluate the health status of the workplace and occupational diseases. Develop and conduct EOSH training programs for plant staff, supervisors, and workers to foster HSE culture, planning training scope, trainers, duration, and continuity. Follow organizational HSE policies, procedures, and instructions to identify and mitigate environmental and safety risks, addressing risky behaviors within the team and escalating serious issues as needed.
