Description

CodeMiners, a leading software development company, is seeking a skilled and passionate React Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a React Developer at CodeMiners, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing user interface components using React.js and related technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to create scalable, high-quality web applications that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop robust and scalable front-end applications using React.js and associated frameworks/libraries, aligning with CodeMiners' coding standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners and UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and design mockups into responsive and interactive web pages that exceed client expectations.
  • Build reusable and efficient React components and front-end libraries, contributing to CodeMiners' component library and ensuring consistent UI across projects.
  • Implement and maintain state management solutions (such as Redux) to manage application data effectively and ensure optimal performance.
  • Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability, considering both mobile and desktop platforms, while adhering to CodeMiners' performance guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to CodeMiners' coding standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and implement seamless data flow between the front-end and backend systems.
  • Participate actively in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and estimation to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or discovered during testing phases, providing timely resolutions to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the React ecosystem, and actively share knowledge and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven experience as a React Developer or Front-End Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your previous work.
  • Solid understanding of React.js and its core principles, with a demonstrated track record of building reusable React components effectively.
  • Experience with popular React state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and associated concepts, ensuring efficient data handling in CodeMiners' projects.
  • Familiarity with front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel) and module bundlers, ensuring streamlined development workflows at CodeMiners.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with collaborative development workflows (e.g., GitFlow), promoting efficient code collaboration at CodeMiners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze requirements and propose efficient technical solutions in line with CodeMiners' quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering a positive and productive work environment at CodeMiners.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) using frameworks like Next.js, enhancing CodeMiners' capabilities in delivering performant web applications.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks and libraries (e.g., Jest, Enzyme) for front-end testing, ensuring high-quality code and robust application functionality.
  • Knowledge of backend technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express.js) for full-stack development, enabling you to contribute to CodeMiners' end-to-end project requirements.
  • Understanding of web accessibility standards and experience in implementing accessible web applications, aligning with CodeMiners' commitment to inclusive design.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in an Agile development environment, promoting efficient project management and timely deliverables at CodeMiners.
