Senior React Native Developer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Native Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing user interface components using well-known React workflows such as Redux.

Your main emphasis will be on developing reliable and easy-to-maintain parts of the program, ensuring that both these components and the entire application meet our high standards.

You will collaborate with other team members who work on various infrastructure levels, working together to create tools that help customers and sellers locate and make purchases offline and online.

  • A minimum of 3+ years of professional software development experience is required, with 5+ years preferred.
  • 2+ years of professional experience working with React Native is necessary.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Redux is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience building complex React applications is crucial.
  • Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON is required.
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs is also required.
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems is desired.
  • Strong communication skills, demonstrated ability to speak on a technical level and communicate clearly with team members, are essential.
  • Ability to take extreme ownership over your work is crucial.
  • Ability to identify with the goals of the company and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them is essential.
  • An understanding of React Native best practices and a commitment to following them is necessary.
  • Ability to work through new and difficult React Native issues and contribute to libraries as needed is desired.
  • Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of React Native applications is crucial.

The ideal candidate will have a positive mindset and can-do attitude, forensic attention to detail, analytical approach to testing new features, ability to consistently work 40 hours per week, effectively work in a matrix organization, be self-motivated and results oriented, ability to work in a cross-functional, multi-cultural team and in a collaborative environment, and ability to multi-task and plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects.
