Job Summary

We are hiring a dynamic Sales Executive who will be responsible for door-to-door outreach, lead management, client communication, and closing deals. You will be the face of BuildAIERC in the field — identifying potential customers, pitching our services, following up with leads, and converting them into long-term clients.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct door-to-door visits to potential clients (restaurants, clinics, retailers, etc.)
  • Explain and pitch BuildAIERC's AI solutions in a clear, professional, and persuasive way
  • Record all lead information and maintain a follow-up tracker
  • Schedule online/in-person meetings with interested businesses
  • Follow up with leads through phone, WhatsApp, or email
  • Coordinate with the product team to arrange live demos
  • Close deals and onboard customers onto the BuildAIERC platform
  • Maintain records of leads, conversions, and client feedback
  • Provide weekly reports on sales progress and pipeline
Requirements
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Confident and persuasive communication skills
  • Prior sales or customer-facing experience (field sales a plus)
  • Basic understanding of tech products (training will be provided)
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage CRM or lead tracking systems
  • Self-motivated and results-driven personality
