Client Relations & Data Management Associate

Openhouse.pk is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Relations & Data Management Associate to join our team. This role involves engaging with property owners and potential buyers via phone calls, maintaining an organized database, and ensuring accurate and timely uploads of property listings on our website. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to managing data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call property owners to collect and verify listing details (pricing, property specs, availability, etc.).
  • Maintain and update the internal database with accurate property and client information.
  • Upload property listings, photos, and descriptions on the Openhouse.pk website.
  • Follow up with property owners to reconfirm availability and update listing details when necessary.
  • Coordinate with the media team to schedule in-house shoots for properties requiring professional photography.
  • Ensure data integrity by cross-checking information before uploading.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks related to property management and client relations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled in a relevant program) in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills (Urdu & English) and confidence in handling client interactions.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and web-based data entry systems.
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or real estate is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (based on discussion)
