The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) - Recruitment will assist our HR team by supporting recruitment activities across departments. This is an entry-level role designed to provide hands-on experience in recruitment and HR practices, preparing the candidate for a career in talent acquisition.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Responsibilities:
- Promote job opportunities through social media and other channels to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews and screening processes to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
- Provide clear information to applicants regarding the hiring process.
- Assess resumes and cover letters to determine candidate qualifications.
- Maintain regular contact with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Assist with onboarding and ensure all required documentation is completed.
- Strong aptitude for organizing tasks and maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to navigate complex situations and provide solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A confident, personable approach with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
