The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) - Recruitment will assist our HR team by supporting recruitment activities across departments. This is an entry-level role designed to provide hands-on experience in recruitment and HR practices, preparing the candidate for a career in talent acquisition.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or higher.

Responsibilities:

1. Promote job opportunities through social media and other channels to attract top talent.
2. Conduct interviews and screening processes to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
3. Provide clear information to applicants regarding the hiring process.
4. Assess resumes and cover letters to determine candidate qualifications.
5. Maintain regular contact with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
6. Assist with onboarding and ensure all required documentation is completed.
