The Team: This team partners with global Datafeed Application Specialists, Product Development, Product Management, and Sales Teams to provide quality technical assistance to our external Enterprise Data Delivery Solution customers. This includes client-site environment sizing, product deployment, configuration, and performance tuning.

As part of a high-expectation group focused on quality user experiences, you will make a significant impact by demonstrating your technical knowledge and skills. Your role is crucial as it links end-users with our Channels Data Delivery Products/Solutions. Combining product expertise with a deep understanding of customer profiles and target markets, you will act as a consultant, advising on the best and most efficient ways for customers to utilize our tools to achieve quality results, integrating data into their operational workflows and environments.

- Deploy/Support our Xpressfeed Loader application in client environments
- Assist in solution sizing, deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Develop in-depth product knowledge from content and delivery perspectives, supporting pre- and post-sales opportunities
- Introduce innovations and automation into technical support, building tools to troubleshoot and resolve client issues
- Research and stay updated on evolving product offerings
- Assess technical dynamics within client environments, recommend improvements
- Participate in product strategy, roadmaps, and user acceptance testing
- Manage client-side deployments, upgrades, and migrations
- Represent customer feedback for product enhancements
Core Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, quality, follow-through
- Experience in technical product support or sales
- Confidence in leading client-facing technical discussions
- Experience with software deployment and configuration
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux OS
- SQL query skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, MS Azure, Google Cloud)
- Solid understanding of AWS services like EC2, RDS/Aurora
- Deployment experience in AWS is a plus
- Self-motivated with ability to adapt to rapid technological changes
Highly Desired Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Finance-related experience or degree
- Knowledge of capital markets (financial, credit, trading, benchmarks, indexes, industries)
- Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL (a plus)
- Knowledge of Windows services, Linux daemons, system administration, security
- Database administration skills
- Proficiency with FTP protocols and proxies
- Understanding of network and security protocols
- Experience with open-source databases, data integration, data modeling, big data, and unstructured data
- Familiarity with product development lifecycles (agile/scrum)
