What you bring (Qualifications)
  • Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles, with a focus on immigration
  • Understanding of immigration procedures and the processes involved in ensuring immigration compliance
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Composure and efficiency under pressure, maintaining high performance during peak periods
  • Experience in technology or rapidly growing/scale-up environments is highly desirable
  • Flexible, adaptable team player who can respond to evolving priorities
  • Strong customer-facing experience with excellent communication across diverse client bases
  • Interest in expanding knowledge of global immigration laws and developing expertise
  • Remote and asynchronous work experience is an advantage
  • Fluent written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery
  • Monitor and control Remote products and services for immigration compliance
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Develop in-house immigration services to increase revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications
  • Maintain current knowledge of immigration law and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
  • Handle escalations, determine when senior review is required, and guide stakeholders to timely resolutions
  • Advise on travel needs, counsel on immigration processes, and serve as a point of contact for business travel and sponsorship cases
  • Manage case statuses using case management and billing systems
  • Apply immigration knowledge to provide solution-based responses for complex client cases
  • Be a team player who can work autonomously and take ownership of day-to-day tasks
  • Proactively improve processes through automation and documentation

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this full-time position is $26,700 - $60,050 USD. Final base pay depends on location, skills, experience, and business needs. The range may change over time. Benefits and perks are outlined in our benefits handbook and include items such as work from anywhere, flexible PTO, flexible hours, 16 weeks paid parental leave, mental health support, stock options, learning budget, home office budget and IT equipment, and support for local in-person events or co-working spaces.
