Job Description

FACTOR LED Lighting, a leading manufacturer of energy-efficient lighting solutions, is expanding its sales team We are hiring experienced Area Sales Managers to drive growth and illuminate Pakistan's future.

If you have a proven track record in B2B sales within the LED lighting, electrical, or building materials industry, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop, manage, and grow a network of distributors and dealers in your assigned territory (Multan, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, or Sukkur).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, builders, architects, and project managers.
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activity.
  • Implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to expand FACTOR LED's market presence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in 
    LED Lighting, Electrical Products, or Building Materials
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (BBA is preferred).
  • Proven experience and strong knowledge of the local market in your applied city (Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, or Sukkur).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be self-motivated, results-driven, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
