We are looking for 2 highly experienced and motivated Digital Marketing Specialists to join our dynamic team. These individuals will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing our digital marketing strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.

IMPORTANT

This is a remote job opportunity for individuals who can work 40 hours a week. 75% of the job is focused on 'link building' and 'organic blogger outreach' campaigns. The remaining 25% includes On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Google Business Profile Management, and Social Media Marketing.

Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  1. Digital Marketing Campaigns: Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns which include:
  1. SEO Strategy
  2. Google Business Profile Management
  3. Link Building & PR Development
  4. Social Media Marketing
  5. Email Marketing
  1. Tracking KPIs, Trends & Data Analysis:
  1. Utilizing strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch-points.
  2. Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights.
  3. Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  4. Evaluating emerging technologies and providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Key Requirements:
  1. Proven working experience in digital marketing; preferably in 'construction' and 'real estate' industry is preferred but not necessary.
  2. Experienced in creating and executing results-driven SEO strategies.
  3. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  4. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  5. Solid knowledge of website analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, AHREFs).
  6. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  7. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Qualifications:
  1. At least 3 years of experience in managing SEO campaigns.
  2. Must have a proven track record in blogger outreach and other advanced link building techniques.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
