Our UK-based partners are looking to strengthen their growth marketing agency with a driven and determined SEO Specialist.

This role involves developing, implementing, tracking, and managing a portfolio of clients within an agency environment. It offers excellent global experience across industries such as finance, marketing, technology, and eCommerce.

Key Attributes

You should have a strong grasp of current SEO tools and strategies, and be able to lead integrated SEO projects from conception to execution. You will work with the larger marketing team to deliver monthly improvements.

You will be responsible for all SEO activities, including technical SEO, outreach SEO, on-page/off-page SEO, link-building, and marketing automation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies to improve search engine rankings.
  • Research and track keywords to gain a competitive advantage.
  • Set measurable SEO goals and monitor performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members to manage SEO strategies.
  • Utilize the latest tools and techniques, and encourage innovation.
  • Audit client websites and identify metadata improvements.
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery and optimization.
  • Analyze competitor sites and advise on user experience improvements.
  • Develop and manage link-building strategies.
  • Implement SEO changes on websites using WordPress.
  • Drive content creation for SEO purposes.
  • Recommend website architecture and content modifications for better rankings.
  • Update website content and links for maximum SEO impact.
  • Measure and report on SEO campaign performance, assessing ROI and KPIs.
  • Identify trends and optimize work streams accordingly.
  • Leverage SEO with marketing automation tools and chatbots.
  • Collaborate on landing page creation and user experience optimization.
Minimum Requirements and Skills
  • Degree in digital marketing or related field.
  • At least 5 years of successful SEO campaign experience.
  • Proficient in Ahrefs, Google Search Console, SEMrush, WordPress, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, etc.
  • Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and insights.
  • Experience with competitive analysis and on-page/off-page optimization.
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Up-to-date with latest SEO trends and best practices.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.

Salary: 200,000 - 240,000 PKR (negotiable).
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM UK Time.
