Location: LahoreNo of positions: 04Age: 25-38Gender: Female onlyRequired Traveling: 0%The company:Our client is a leading textile group of Pakistan.The role:- Responsibility, authority and accountability of the Quality Assurance department and the effective implementation of the Quality Management System and is responsible (relative to the above functions) for the following delegated as necessary to subordinate staff:- Providing independent verification that the quality policy is being observed.- Maintaining the Quality Management System so that it continues to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:1994 and our client policy for quality.- Providing support and guidance to other managers in the effective operation of the Quality Management System.- Ensure that all personnel within the department are trained, aware and adhere to the requirements of our client Quality Management System.- Ensure that corrective actions are implemented on a timely and effective basis.- Handling of customer complaints (SIA's).- Provide assistance in establishing statistical process control measurement and reporting.- Providing support and guidance in the process of continuing improvement.- Identifying and resolving disputes on quality related matters.- Acting as our client management representative on quality related matters.- Reporting the progress and outcomes of developments on quality management issues to the Managing Director.- Providing support and guidance ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:1994 Design Control.- Assist in the evaluation of subcontractors.- Is authorized to identify and require corrective action to be taken on all non-compliance's within the requirements of the Quality Management system- Ensure compliance with the design control procedures, for all designs generated for our client implementation.- In conjunction with other nominated authorities, evaluate and authorize alterations to Weaving Department product specifications.- Manage the department to achieve established budget and targets.The candidate:- Bachelor of Textile or Quality Assurance Diploma Holder- Min 2 years experience of working in Quality Assurance department in a weaving unit- A pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
