Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager, located in Lahore District. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes, defining operational standards, implementing quality control measures, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting inspections, coordinating with production teams, analyzing product quality data, and recommending improvements. The role also involves leading quality assurance audits and managing a team of QA specialists to maintain high product standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and quality control measures
- Ensure quality at stitching, assembly & testing stages
- Monitor production speed
- Develop & implement QC SOPs
- Approve/reject finished products
- Prepare weekly QA reports
- Experience in conducting inspections and overseeing compliance with safety regulations
- Ability to analyze product quality data and recommend improvements
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore District
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the safety equipment or manufacturing industry is a plus
Requirements:
- BSc Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial)
- 4+ years QA experience in manufacturing
