Personalized Counseling: Provide tailored guidance to potential students on study options, courses, and programs in the UK, USA, Australia, Canada and other available countries, based on their educational background, interests, and career aspirations.

Application Assistance: Support students in understanding and meeting admission requirements, preparing documents, and navigating application processes and deadlines for overseas universities.

Career and Educational Planning: Conduct detailed career counseling sessions to help students make informed decisions about their academic and professional futures.

University Relations: Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions abroad to stay informed on program offerings and admission criteria.

Event Coordination: Collaborate with universities and partners to organize informational events, workshops, and seminars for prospective students.

Visa and Immigration Guidance: Offer up-to-date advice on immigration policies, visa requirements, and application procedures for studying in target countries.

Documentation and Compliance: Assist in preparing all necessary documentation for university applications and visa submissions, ensuring compliance with embassy requirements.

Student Monitoring and Support: Track student progress and success, providing ongoing advice and support throughout their study abroad journey.

Information Management: Keep accurate records of student interactions and outcomes, and maintain a comprehensive understanding of international education trends and visa regulations.

Customer Relations: Address inquiries and concerns from students and parents with empathy and efficiency, ensuring excellent customer relations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of international education systems, visa regulations, and application processes.
  • Ability to multitask and handle complex documentation.
  • Proficiency in English language is an added advantage.
