Engineering degree in Electronics/Electrical or Equivalent.

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Location: Pakistan

Responsibilities:
  • Must be able to carry out site assessments of client sites, including complete HVAC assessment.
  • Must be able to calculate BMS design requirements such as points or I/O calculation, controller requirements, wiring diagrams or riser diagrams, and supervise physical installation of DDC panels and integration of equipment with BMS.
  • Operational knowledge of HVAC equipment is mandatory, including TR calculations and system integration workflow.
  • Must have work experience on operation of 3rd party discovery tools such as BDT, YABE & Cimetrics.
  • Hands-on experience with BMS OEM and relevant software such as Schneider Ecostruxture & Workplace tech tool, Johnson Controls Metasys, Honeywell System Engineering tool will be considered an advantage. Certifications to be provided if applicable.
  • Installation & troubleshooting of BMS GUI/software including BACnet objects and properties such as alarm classes, notifications, segmentation, BACnet routing & APDU segmentation is required.
  • Must be able to travel whenever required.
  • Working knowledge of Network and Communication protocols including BACnet, Modbus, Profibus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment, including working remotely.
Job Specification

BMS, Automation, SCADA, Certification from BMS OEM will be an advantage, Troubleshooting, BMS Installation.
