About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Content QA Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing end-to-end quality assurance of all educational content and courses before they are deployed on our LMS. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all published material meets our high standards of accuracy, consistency, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Review and validate all course content (text, video, quizzes, downloadable files) beforedeployment on LMS.

Perform thorough checks for spelling, grammar, formatting, and instructional quality.

Ensure content follows brand guidelines, content standards, and tone consistency.

Verify that all course navigation, links, and media elements function correctly.

QA all branding and marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, email content, and ad creatives for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.

Review all new webpage content (landing pages, service pages, blog posts, etc.) before they go live to ensure proper formatting, clarity, grammar, and layout.

Report and track issues using the designated QA tools or communication channels.

Collaborate closely with content creators, developers, and designers and marketing team to resolve issues before deployment.

Provide final sign-off for course and content readiness before go-live.

Requirements

Proven experience in content QA, editing, or instructional design (1-3 years preferred).

Strong command of English language and grammar.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Familiarity with LMS platforms, CMS systems, or content review workflows is a plus.

Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Basic understanding of QA processes, bug tracking, and reporting.
