Job Summary:

  • The primary objective of this Quality Assurance Specialist role is to guarantee the highest quality of our products and services.
  • Key responsibilities include ensuring that all bugs are thoroughly investigated and resolved in a timely manner, developing strategies to minimize bug occurrence, and collaborating with the development team to understand new features and ensure test cases are updated accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

Bug Management
  • Evaluate and prioritize bug tickets based on severity, frequency, and impact on business and users.
  • Develop and implement efficient bug resolution processes to improve product quality and reduce customer complaints.
QA Process Improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize QA methodologies.
  • Design and implement test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of website functionality, user experience, and performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in quality assurance positions, preferably within the field of technology.
  • Advanced experience with quality assurance tools such as Jira.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Able to set achievable and measurable personal goals for performance and growth, and manage multiple competing deadlines effectively.
