Scaleable Solutions is seeking a Senior D365 CRM Consultant / Power Platform Consultant to lead and deliver large-scale Dynamics 365 projects. The role involves working closely with clients to define requirements and develop solutions. Candidates should have expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and Azure Services, along with leadership experience in managing development teams.

1. Lead and inspire a team of 4–6 developers and consultants to ensure seamless execution of high-impact projects.
2. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
3. Provide consultancy on Dynamics 365 implementations, upgrades, integrations, and migrations to improve efficiency and innovation.
4. Customize, extend, and integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with Microsoft and third-party applications.
5. Design and develop Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and integrate external applications to enhance CRM functionality.
6. Implement and support various D365 modules, including Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, Marketing, and Portals.
7. Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) to develop business applications.
8. Leverage Azure Services like Azure Functions, Web Jobs, and Azure AD for scalable and secure cloud solutions.
9. Use Azure OpenAI Services to innovate automation and business intelligence.

1. 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
3. Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio for automation.
4. Deep expertise in D365 customization, integration, and extension development.
5. Proficiency in Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
6. Understanding of Azure Services (Functions, Web Jobs, AD) and ASP.NET MVC.
7. Experience integrating third-party applications with Dynamics 365.
8. Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform are advantageous.
