Senior CRM Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CRM Consultant to lead and deliver large-scale Dynamics 365 projects. The successful candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and Azure Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. The role involves working closely with clients to define requirements and develop solutions.
  2. Candidates should have leadership experience in managing development teams and inspiring a team of developers and consultants to ensure seamless execution of high-impact projects.
  3. The ideal candidate will provide consultancy on Dynamics 365 implementations, upgrades, integrations, and migrations to improve efficiency and innovation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customize, extend, and integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with Microsoft and third-party applications.
  • Design and develop Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and integrate external applications to enhance CRM functionality.
  • Implement and support various D365 modules, including Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, Marketing, and Portals.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio for automation is advantageous.
