We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative

Working Hours: 2 PM to 11 PM (UK Time)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring an outstanding service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails from customers
  2. Provide accurate information and assistance regarding our services
  3. Resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively
  4. Maintain a high standard of service delivery
  5. Document customer interactions and update relevant records
  6. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  2. Proficiency in English (fluent in speaking and writing)
  3. Strong problem-solving abilities
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Previous experience in customer service is a plus
  6. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
  7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  8. Must be able to work UK hours (2 PM to 11 PM)
