
Digital Sales Lead

Octopus Digital Ltd., a leading provider of innovative digital solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Sales Lead to join our growing team in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation and Sales Pipeline Development:
Identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. - Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of Octopus Digital's solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring optimal pricing and terms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs proactively and resolving any issues promptly. - Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Conduct market research to identify potential target segments and tailor sales pitches effectively. - Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Mentor and coach the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Reporting and Analysis:
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in digital sales, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
