A2Z Creatorz is looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to focus on Bitdefender Gravityzone solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing technical expertise, and offering outstanding customer support. This role demands a strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and the ability to explain technical benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy – Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve Bitdefender Gravityzone sales targets.
Lead Generation & Customer Engagement – Identify potential customers, conduct product demonstrations, and offer technical consultations.
Technical Sales & Presentations – Provide pre-sales support, including technical presentations and product briefings.
Customer Solution Customization – Understand customer needs and propose tailored Bitdefender cybersecurity solutions.
Sales Cycle Management – Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Collaboration & Deployment – Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless Bitdefender solution integration.
Market Awareness – Stay updated on Bitdefender products and evolving cybersecurity trends.
Client Relationship Management – Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify upselling opportunities, and drive business growth.
Sales Reporting & Analysis – Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
Industry Engagement – Participate in events, webinars, and marketing initiatives to promote Bitdefender solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven technical sales experience in cybersecurity or IT solutions.
Strong communication & presentation skills – Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Self-motivated & organized – Ability to handle multiple sales opportunities independently.
Customer-oriented problem solver – Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve client challenges.
Technical certifications in cybersecurity (preferred but not required).
Training on Bitdefender Gravityzone solutions will be provided.
