As a Technical Sales & Proposals Engineer at Avanceon, your responsibilities will entail:

  • Generating inquiries through client meetings and site visits
  • Developing technically compliant and cost-effective proposals for turn-key solutions (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Process Automation)
  • Analyzing RFQs to align with technical and commercial requirements, ensuring comprehensive integration of subcontractors and systems
  • Leveraging experience in automation and high-level SCADA systems throughout the proposal process
  • Ensuring compliance with all business conduct policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering
  • 6+ years of Proposal Development Experience
  • 6+ years of Industrial Automation power control or related industry experience
  • Estimation background in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Process control
  • Fluency in both written and verbal English
  • Experience in customer interaction
  • Strong business writing and communications skills
  • High level of commercial awareness
