We're Hiring: Remote Appointment Setter (Healthcare Sector)

We're looking for a driven Appointment Setter to assist in scheduling patients for specialized medical services. You'll be engaging primarily with elderly individuals, so a calm, clear, and empathetic communication style is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential patients

Introduce services in a professional, caring manner

Qualify leads and schedule appointments

Keep accurate records and follow-ups using Go High-Level

Coordinate with internal teams via Slack and basic Excel tools

What We're Looking For:

Experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or customer service (healthcare/BPO preferred)

Excellent English communication skills

Patience and clarity when speaking with elderly patients

Proficient with Go High-Level, Slack, and Excel

Comfortable working US/Canada time zones
