TalentPop is a rapidly growing agency in the e-commerce space, supporting 650+ brands like Core Power Yoga, Beyond Meat, and Jaxxon with streamlined operations and customer service through global talent. We are looking for an Automations Specialist (Operations) to support daily operations and ensure smooth behind-the-scenes functioning.

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with department leads to understand and improve processes.
  • Document and update SOPs for new or existing processes.
  • Build and manage automations using HubSpot Workflows and Zapier.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize automations for reliability and efficiency.
  • Maintain documentation of automations per department.
  • Assist with onboarding and administrative support within the Business Operations team.
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 year of experience with HubSpot backend (automations, data management).
  • At least 1 year of experience with Zapier (workflow creation and refinement).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
  • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to simplify complex processes and communicate clearly.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities across teams.
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience with Apollo.io or Instantly.ai.
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
  • Attention to detail, especially with data.
  • Team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
Technical Setup
  • Reliable desktop/laptop (minimum Ryzen 3 or Core i3, 8GB RAM).
  • Stable internet (minimum 20 Mbps via LAN).
  • Backup internet (at least 5 Mbps).
  • Backup power or alternative location for outages.
