  • Expertise in Nursing and Critical Care Medicine
  • Knowledge in Medicine and its practical applications within a healthcare setting
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Relevant certifications and licenses in nursing management
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in nursing, including leadership/management responsibilities
