Job Title: Health Services Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled professional to supervise health services at various facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and improving overall service supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor program activities through daily field visits, data collection, feedback, assessment, and follow-up of health service delivery, including reproductive health, child health, and Noncommunicable diseases (NCD) services.
  • Support the pre-approval process if requested by health field management.
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve identified gaps at supported Primary health care centers in coordination with the quality team, other health field team members, and relevant Primary health care center staff.
  • Provide evaluation of training effectiveness and make recommendations.
  • Closely coordinate with pharmacy teams to ensure medication stock outs and fundamental pharmacy management standards are met.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience as a registered Nurse.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.
  • Strong commitment to work under stress and flexibility.
