Financial Planning and Strategy: Developing long-term financial plans and strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. This may involve capital budgeting decisions, investment analysis, and evaluating potential mergers or acquisitions.

Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks that could impact the organization's performance or stability. This includes managing risks related to currency fluctuations, interest rate changes, credit exposure, and market volatility.

Job Specification

Compliance and Regulatory Reporting: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements imposed by regulatory bodies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
