Job Overview:

The Finance Executive will handle daily accounting entries, reconciliations, expense booking, payments, and settlements while ensuring tax compliance and supporting financial reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines with a problem-solving approach.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform Bank Reconciliation on a regular basis
  • Post and review daily accounting entries in ERP with accuracy.
  • Ensure proper tax compliance, deductions, and reconciliations.
  • Manage Expense & Accrual Booking
  • Handle Payable & Receivable settlements along with reconciliations
  • Perform Intercompany transaction reconciliations
  • Process vendor and media partner payments
  • Maintain accurate records of client accounts & outstanding balances
  • Support in preparation of Financials and related schedules
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure financial processes run smoothly.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in an Executive Finance role.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work under deadlines
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Effective communication for cross-department coordination.
  • Ensure that receipts and payments are matched with respective invoices on a timely basis.
