To be responsible for patient receiving and handling, including general duties, scheduling, telephone skills, typing, documentation skills, verbal and written communication, dependability, attention to detail, and official correspondence skills.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's / B. Com, or professional training in Front Desk operations.
- Experience of 1-3 years (fresh candidates with good interpersonal and client service skills may be considered).
Responsibilities:
- Receive patients in a pleasant and polite manner.
- Prepare OPD or admission documentation following hospital policies and procedures.
- Record patient data in the OPD or IPD register and hospital software.
- Prepare daily reports such as Cash Receipt Summary Sheet (QF-FIN-002) and Daily OPD statement (QF-MKT-001).
- Submit daily OPD cash along with the Cash Receipt Summary to the Finance Office.
- Update data in HIMS as required.
- Maintain office materials and accessories.
- Report any issues to the department head or HR.
- Follow Islamic and medical ethics as per IIMC-T mission statement.
- Ensure healthcare quality and patient safety according to organizational policies.
- Participate in additional tasks assigned by management based on business needs.
