Job Description: Evening Receptionist (Rawalpindi)

Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries promptly.
3. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression.
4. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
5. Receive and sort mail and deliveries, distribute them to the appropriate department or individual.
6. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and flow of information.

Job Specification

1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently.
3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
4. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
