IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Implement strategies to conform to legal requirements, coordinate with regions regarding court proceedings, and communicate the status of cases. Prepare legal reports and issue reports to keep higher management informed about the results of court cases across the country.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Examine cases and identify key legal issues. Profile similar or related cases. Appear before the Civil Court, NIRC, and High Courts.
• Draft various company documents and prepare legal correspondence.
• Arrange information required by external lawyers and ensure attendance of the company's officials in court, if required in consultation with GM. Deal with internal and external auditors.
• Implement strategies as per company policies and procedures to conform to legal requirements agreed upon by management.
• Keep higher management fully informed of all new developments in corporate legal matters, as well as keep all levels of management informed about any new applicable laws and the progress and results of court cases across the country.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

• LLB.

Experience:

• 01 to 02 years of experience handling legal matters.

Competencies:

• Negotiation Skills
• Communication Skills
• Analytical Skills
