KLIX is a fast-growing company providing construction cost estimation and architectural support services to clients across the United States. We are expanding our architectural team and looking for a talented Architect who is highly skilled in CAD drafting, plan development, and design documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop 2D CAD drawings, floor plans, sections, and elevations based on client requirements and markups.
  2. Translate sketches and design concepts into professional architectural plans.
  3. Assist in preparation of permit sets, construction documents, and presentation drawings.
  4. Ensure compliance with US construction codes, standards, and best practices.
  5. Collaborate with US-based clients and internal teams to deliver quality work on time.
  6. Perform redline revisions, and respond to feedback quickly and accurately.
  7. Support in design development and layout improvements when required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in architectural drafting and design (preferably for US or international clients).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must. Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or Lumion is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of architectural details, building systems, and documentation standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
