The suitable candidate will join a team of engineers and operations specialists in supporting the enterprise privileged access management infrastructure and operations. They will be responsible for the end-to-end design, deployment, operations, and development of the bank's privileged access management framework, infrastructure, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive automation and integration of privileged access management infrastructure with other systems to achieve straight-through processing and reduce manual work.
  2. Provide ongoing operations support, including management reporting and dashboards related to governance oversight of privileged accounts and passwords.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of CyberArk Experience: Demonstrated expertise in deploying, configuring, managing, and supporting CyberArk infrastructure components. Ability to support regionally and integrate CyberArk solutions via APIs. CyberArk certifications are preferred.
  • Scripting and Reporting: Proficient in PowerShell scripting and SQL to develop management reports on privileged account usage and operations, automating reporting processes.
  • Data Visualization: Experience with Grafana for creating dashboards and visualizations, translating complex data into understandable formats for decision-making.
  • Privileged Access Management: Strong understanding of PAM principles, including risk management, compliance, governance, and policy development.
  • Audit Experience: Experience in responding to audit queries, preparing reports, analyzing findings, and collaborating with auditors to ensure compliance.
  • Remediation Expertise: Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving CyberArk object issues to maintain security and operational standards.
  • Technical Platform Knowledge: Knowledge of Windows, Unix, MSSQL, and MariaDB systems for managing and securing privileged accounts.
  • Banking Environment Experience: Familiarity with banking or financial services environments and their regulatory/security requirements.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or relevant experience with CyberArk certifications.
