  • Optimize marketing funnels to improve CTR, CPL, and ROI.
  • Segment and target audiences to generate high-quality B2B leads.
  • Manage budgets efficiently based on campaign performance and business objectives.
  • Handle end-to-end campaign execution including setup, tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and attribution platforms for data tracking and analysis.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-converting creatives, copies, and landing pages.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid campaigns across: Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience.
  • Strong grasp of funnel optimization, landing page performance, and campaign analytics.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.
